306.8 TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION. Prior to a change in jurisdiction of a road or street, the unit ofgovernment having jurisdiction shall either place the road or streetand any structures on the road or street in good repair or providefor the transfer of money to the appropriate jurisdiction in anamount sufficient for the repairs to the road or street and anystructures on the road or street.
