309.26 PROVISIONAL SELECTION OF ROADS. The board after due consultation with the county engineer, shall first select in a provisional way the roads which they then consider advisable to embrace in said program, and direct said engineer to make a reconnaissance survey and estimate of all said roads, or of such part thereof as, in view of the public necessity and convenience, present the most urgent need and necessity for early construction.          Section History: Early Form [C24, 27, § 4643; C31, 35, § 4644-c28; C39, § 4644.26; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 309.26]
