309.61 - ADVANCE PAYMENT OF PAYROLLS. - Iowa Statutes

309.61 ADVANCE PAYMENT OF PAYROLLS. The board of supervisors may authorize the county auditor to draw warrants for the amount of payrolls for labor furnished under the day labor system, when said payrolls are certified to by the engineer in charge of the work.
