313.16 PAYMENT OF AWARDS OR JUDGMENTS. There is hereby appropriated from the primary road fund to the department a sum sufficient for the purpose of paying any award or judgment to a claimant under chapters 25 and 669 on a claim arising out of activities of the department when such an award cannot be charged to a current appropriation.          Section History: Early Form [C71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 313.16]
