313A.11 PAYMENT FROM AVAILABLE FUNDS. If the department determines that any toll bridge should be constructed or acquired under its authority, all costs thereof, including land, right of way, surveying, engineering, construction, legal and administrative expenses, and fees of any fiscal adviser, shall be paid out of any funds available for payment of the cost of the bridge.          Section History: Early Form [C71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 313A.11]
