313A.26 ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF BIDS. The department may reject all such bids if the highest bid does not equal the reasonable fair market value of the real property, plus the value of the improvements thereon, computed on the basis of the reproduction value less depreciation. The department may accept the highest and best bid, and certify the agreement for the sale to the state executive council, with a description of the land and the terms of the sale and the state executive council shall execute the deed and deliver it to the grantee.          Section History: Early Form [C71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 313A.26] Referred to in § 313A.28
