321.103 OWNER TO RETURN EVIDENCES OF REGISTRATION AND TITLE. Whenever the department as authorized hereunder cancels, suspends, or revokes the registration of a vehicle, or certificate of title, or registration card, or registration plate or plates, or any nonresident or other permit or the registration of any dealer, the owner or person in possession of the same shall immediately return the evidences of registration, certificate of title, or plates so canceled, suspended, or revoked to the department.          Section History: Early Form [C39, § 5007.07; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 321.103]
