321.201 CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF LICENSE -- PROHIBITION FROM ISSUANCE OF COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR FALSE INFORMATION. 1. The department may cancel a driver's license upon determination of any of the following: a. That the licensee was not entitled to the issuance of the license. b. That the licensee failed to give required or correct information or committed fraud in making the application. Upon cancellation, the licensee shall immediately return the license to the department. 2.
