321I.15 - PENALTY.
321I.15 PENALTY. A person who violates this chapter or a rule of the commission or director of transportation is guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Chapter 232 shall have no application in the prosecution of offenses which are committed in violation of this chapter, and which constitute simple misdemeanors.
