321I.28 TERMINATION OF USE. A person who receives a warning memorandum for an all-terrain vehicle shall stop using the all-terrain vehicle as soon as possible and shall not operate it on public streets, highways, public lands, or frozen waters of the state until the all-terrain vehicle is in compliance.          Section History: Recent Form 2004 Acts, ch 1132, §71
