328.54 - BIENNIAL REPORT.
328.54 BIENNIAL REPORT. The department shall publish biennially an airport directory which shall contain a listing of all airports in the state which are open to public use. The department may charge a reasonable fee based on the cost of publication and distribution to those persons receiving a copy of the directory. Section History: Early Form [C77, 79, 81, § 328.54]
