331.448 STATUTE OF LIMITATION -- POWERS -- CONFLICTS. 1. An action shall not be brought which questions the legality of general obligation bonds or the power of the county to issue the bonds or the effectiveness of any proceedings relating to the authorization and issuance of the bonds from and after sixty days from the time the bonds are ordered issued by the county. 2.
