341A.1 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Commission" means the civil service commission or a combined county civil service commission created pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. 2. "Commissioner" means a member of the commission defined in subsection 1. 3.
