356.5 - KEEPER'S DUTY.

356.5 KEEPER'S DUTY. The keeper of each jail shall: 1. See that the jail is kept in a clean and healthful condition. 2. Furnish each prisoner with necessary bedding, clothing, towels, fuel, and medical aid. 3. Serve each prisoner three times each day with an ample quantity of wholesome food. 4. Furnish each prisoner sufficient clean, fresh water for drinking purposes and for personal use. 5. Keep an accurate account of the items furnished each prisoner. 6.
