357.27 PUBLIC PROPERTY IN DISTRICT. Whenever property of the state of Iowa, or any political subdivision thereof, shall be included either wholly or in part within such water district and shall own facilities which may be used as a part of such water system, the executive council, board of supervisors or city council, as the case may be, may permit such use of said facilities for such consideration and on such terms as may be agreed upon with the board of trustees.          Section History: Early Form [C39, § 5526.27; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 357.27]
