357J.9 - HEARING ON ENGINEER'S REPORT.
357J.9 HEARING ON ENGINEER'S REPORT. After the engineer's report is filed, the board shall give notice, as provided in section 357J.5, of a public hearing to be held concerning the engineer's preliminary plat. Within ten days after the hearing, the board shall, by resolution, approve or disapprove the engineer's plan. Section History: Recent Form 2008 Acts, ch 1152, §9
