359.10 - NEW TOWNSHIP -- FIRST ELECTION.

359.10 NEW TOWNSHIP -- FIRST ELECTION. When a new township is formed, in which township officers are to be elected, the board of supervisors shall call the first township election, to be held at such place as it may designate, on the day of the next general election.
