384.45 PLATS. The plat as prepared and filed by the engineer must show the following information: 1. The boundaries of the district containing the lots proposed to be assessed. 2. The location of each lot under separate ownership within the district, including the property of all railways and utilities subject to assessment. 3. The location of the improvement within the district, together with the terminal points of all major parts proposed to be assessed. 4.
