420.131 MEMBERS FROM EACH PRECINCT. Two persons for each political party shall be elected from each precinct to the city central committee at the primary election. They shall hold office for a period of two years immediately following the adjournment of the city convention, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, unless sooner removed by the city central committee for failing to perform the duties of committee members, incompetency, or failing to support the ticket nominated by their respective party.          Section History: Early Form [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 420.131] Referred to in § 376.3
