Chapter 2.--AGRICULTURE Article 12.--FERTILIZERS

      2-1233.   Fertilizer and pesticide compliance and administration fund. There is hereby created a fertilizer and pesticide compliance and administration fund. All moneys credited to the fund shall be expended to the fertilizer and pesticide program under the supervision of the secretary of agriculture for the purpose of administration and assuring compliance with the applicable provisions of Kansas law. All expenditures shall be made in accordance with the appropriations acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of agriculture or by a person designated by the secretary.
