2-2451. Hearing prior to denial, suspension or revocation of license, registration or certification. Before any pesticide business license, governmental registration or an applicator's certificate shall be revoked, denied renewal or modified, or before it shall be suspended for any cause other than termination of surety bond, liability insurance coverage, letter of credit or proof of an escrow account, the secretary shall inform the licensee, registrant or holder of a certificate of the date and place of hearing upon such proposed revocation, denial, modification or suspension. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
