      20-3011.   Chief judge of court of appeals; designation; powers.The supreme court shall designate a judge of the court of appeals toserve as chief judge of such court at the pleasure of the supreme court.The chief judge shall exercise such administrative powers as may beprescribed by law or by rule of the supreme court.
