      20-3019.   Motions; filing with judges residing in 18th or 29th judicialdistricts; supreme court rules.With regard to proceedings within the jurisdiction of thecourt of appeals, the supreme court shall prescribe by rule procedures forfiling with judges of the court of appeals residing in the eighteenth ortwenty-ninth judicial districts such motions or other pleadings as the supremecourt may designate and the supreme court shall prescribe rules for hearingson such pleadings. The supreme court shall designate from the membershipof the court of appeals such judges as may be necessary to be present inthe eighteenth and twenty-ninth judicial districts to accept and act uponsuch pleadings.
