      20-3105.   Oaths, affirmations and acknowledgments.The clerks of the district courts shall have authority to administeroaths and affirmations in all cases in which an oath or affirmation may berequired, and may take acknowledgments of deeds, mortgages, and otherinstruments of writing, in this state.
