      20-3108.   Same; duties of county commissioners.The board of county commissioners of Montgomery county, Kansas, shallmake all necessary provisions for holding, conducting and maintaining saidcourt in said cities in said county: Provided, That the city ofCoffeyville shall place at the disposal of the county commissioners roomsin which to hold said court sitting at Coffeyville without cost to thecounty.
