      20-3131.   Same; branch library, when.Upon the election of a majority of the attorneys in any county, a branchof said library shall be established and maintained in a suitable place tobe provided and maintained by the board of county commissioners. Theprovisions of this section shall be subject to all other provisions of thisact.
