20-3201. Commission on judicial performance; dutiesof judicial council, commission on judicial qualifications and office ofjudicial administration; sunset.(a) The commission on judicial performance is herebyestablished as an independent committee of the Kansas judicial council. Thebudget of the commission shall be a part of the budget of the judicial council.The judicial council shall provide administrative assistance to the commission.The commission on judicial qualifications and the office of judicialadministration shall assist the commission, if requested by the commission.
(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 20-3201 through 20-3207, andamendmentsthereto shallexpire on June 30, 2013.
