      21-2505.   Same; nonperformance of duties; penalty.Neglect or refusal of any officerto furnish theinformation or perform any other act or duty required of the officerunderK.S.A. 21-2501, 21-2501a, 21-2502, 21-2503 or 21-2504, and amendments thereto,is a class A nonperson misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the officershall forfeit the officer's office.
