Article 32.--PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY

      21-3204.   Guilt without criminal intent, when.A person may be guilty of an offense without having criminal intent ifthe crime is: (1) A misdemeanor, cigarette or tobacco infraction ortraffic infraction and the statute defining the offense clearly indicates alegislative purpose to impose absolute liability for theconduct described; or (2) a violation of K.S.A. 8-1567 or8-1567a and amendments thereto.
