Chapter 21.--CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS PART II.--PROHIBITED CONDUCT Article 35.--SEX OFFENSES

      21-3507.   Adultery.(1) Adultery is engaging in sexual intercourse or sodomy witha person who is not married tothe offender if:

      (a)   The offender is married; or

      (b)   The offender is not married and knows that theother person involvedin the act is married.

      (2)   Adultery is a class C misdemeanor.
