      21-3511.   Aggravated indecent solicitation of achild.Aggravated indecent solicitation of a child is:

      (a)   Enticingor soliciting a child under the age of 14 years tocommit or tosubmit to an unlawful sexual act; or

      (b)   inviting, persuading or attempting to persuade a child underthe ageof 14 years to enter any vehicle, building, room or secluded place with intentto commit an unlawful sexual act upon or with the child.

      Aggravated indecent solicitation of a child is a severity level5, person felony.
