      21-3517.   Sexual battery.(a) Sexual battery is the intentional touchingof the person of another who is 16 or more years of age, who is not thespouse ofthe offender and who does not consent thereto, with the intent to arouseor satisfy the sexual desires of the offender or another.

      (b)   Sexual battery is a class A person misdemeanor.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansascriminal code.
