      21-3604a.   Aggravated abandonment of a child.Aggravated abandonment of a child is abandonment of a child,as defined by K.S.A. 21-3604 and amendments thereto, which results in greatbodily harm. Aggravated abandonment of a child is a severity level 5, personfelony.
