      21-3713.   Altering a legislative document.Altering a legislative document is intentionally mutilating, altering orchanging, otherwise than in the regular course of legislation, any act,bill or resolution introduced into or acted upon by either or both housesof the legislature of this state either before or after such act, bill orresolution has been signed by the governor.

      Altering a legislative document is aseverity level 9, nonperson felony.
