      21-3760.   Maintenance of a common nuisance.(a) Maintenance of a common nuisance is maintaining orassisting in the maintenance of a common nuisance as described by K.S.A.22-3901 and amendments thereto.

      (b)   Maintenance of a common nuisance is a misdemeanor punishable byimprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding $25,000, orby both.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminalcode.
