      21-3838.   Unlawful disclosure of authorized interception of wire, oralor electronic communications.(a) An unlawful disclosure of authorized interception ofwire, oral or electronic communications iscommunicating to any person or making public in any way, other than asprovided by law, the existence of an application or order for such interceptionissued pursuant to K.S.A. 22-2516 and amendments thereto or the resultinginvestigation, with the intent to obstruct, impede or prevent suchauthorized interception.

      (b)   Unlawful disclosure of authorized interception of wire, oral orelectronic communications is a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
