      21-4006.   Maliciously exposing a paroled or discharged person.(a) Maliciously exposing a paroled or discharged person is maliciously andwillfully communicating or threatening to communicate to another any oralor written statement that any person has been charged with or convicted ofa felony, with intent to interfere with the employment or business of theperson so charged or convicted. The above shallnotapply to any person or organization who furnishes information about aperson to another person or organization requesting the same.

      (b)   Maliciously exposing a paroled or discharged person is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
