21-4013. Same; local regulation of smoking.Nothing in this act shall prevent any city or county fromregulating smoking within its boundaries, so long as such regulation is atleast as stringent as that imposed by this act. In such cases the morestringent local regulation shall control to the extent of any inconsistencybetween such regulation and this act.
