      21-4209a.   Criminal possession of explosives.(a) Criminal possession of explosives is the knowing possession of anyexplosiveor detonating substance by a person who, within five years preceding suchpossession, has been convicted of a felony under the laws of this or anyother jurisdiction or has been released from imprisonment for a felony.

      (b)   Criminal possession of explosives is a severity level 7, person felony.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansascriminal code.
