      21-4301b.   Severability of 21-4301, 21-4301a.If any provision of this act is declared unconstitutional, or theapplication thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, theconstitutionality of the remainder of the act and the applicability thereofto other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
