      21-4408.   Tampering with a sports contest.Tampering with a sports contest is seeking to influence a sportsparticipant or sports official, or tampering with any animal or equipmentor other thing involved in the conduct or operation of a sports contest, ina manner contrary to the rules and usages governing such contest and withintent to influence the outcome of such contest.

      Tampering with a sports contest is aseverity level 9, nonperson felony.
