      21-4613.   Transfer of supervision of person paroled, on probation,assigned to community corrections orunder suspended sentence.(1) When a defendant is placed onparole by the district court, onprobation, assigned to a community correctional servicesprogram by a district court or under suspended sentence and suchdefendant is permitted to go from the judicial district of that court,supervision over the defendantmay be transferred from that judicialdistrict to another with the concurrence of the receiving chief court servicesofficer, or if in a community corrections servicesprogram, by the concurrence of the director of the receiving program.

      (2)   The district court from which the defendant is on parole,probation, community correctional services program or suspended sentencemay retain all power with respect to this defendant.
