      21-4621.   Same; order transferring custody to corrections.If the defendant is to be sentenced to the secretary of corrections, thecourt shall issue an order of commitment to cause the transfer of custodyof the defendant over to the secretary. Such order may be made part ofthe sentencing document whether that be the judgment form or the journalentry. The commitment order shall be supported by the record of judgmentof conviction and sentence, whether by judgment form or by journal entry,and delivered with the defendant to the correctional institution.
