21-4631. Same; provisions of K.S.A. 21-4622 through 21-4630 supplementalto Kansas criminal code; application of such provisions.(a) K.S.A. 21-4622 through 21-4630, andamendments thereto, shall besupplemental to anda part of the Kansas criminal code.
(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 21-4622through 21-4630, as they existed immediatelyprior to July 1, 1994, shallbe applicable only to persons convictedof crimes committed on or after July 1, 1990, and before July 1, 1994.
(c) The provisions of K.S.A. 21-4622through 21-4627 and21-4629 and 21-4630, as amended by this act, shall be applicable only topersons convicted of crimes committed on or after July 1, 1994.
