Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE KANSAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE Article 25.--SEARCH AND SEIZURE

      22-2519.   Reports by judges and prosecutors to administrativeoffice of federal courts.(1) Within thirty (30) days after the expiration of an order enteredunder K.S.A. 22-2516, or any extension thereof, the judge issuingsuch order shall report to the administrative office of the U.S. courtssuch information as is required to be file by section 2519 of title 18of the United States code. A duplicate copy of such report shall befiled, at the same time, with the judicial administrator of the courtsof this state.

      (2)   In January of each year, the attorney general and each districtattorney and county attorney shall report to the administrative officeof the United States courts such information as is required to be filedby section 2519 of title 18 of the United States code. A duplicate copyof such report shall be filed, at the same time, with the judicialadministrator of the courts of this state.
