Article 26.--JURISDICTION AND VENUE

      22-2607.   Assisting another to commit crime or avoid prosecution.(1) A person who intentionally aids, abets, advises, counsels orprocures another to commit a crime may be prosecuted in any county whereany of such acts were performed or in the county where the principal crimewas committed.

      (2)   A person who knowingly harbors, conceals or aids another person whohas committed or has been charged with a crime with intent that such otherperson shall avoid or escape from arrest, trial, conviction or punishmentfor such crime, may be prosecuted in any county where any of such acts wereperformed or in the county where the principal crime was committed.
