      22-2711.   Delivery of person in disobedience of 22-2710; penalty.Any officer who shall deliver to the agent forextradition of the demanding state a person in such officer's custody under thegovernor's warrant, in willful disobedience of K.S.A. 22-2710 and amendmentsthereto, shall be guilty of a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
