      22-2803.   Review of conditions of release;application for modification of conditions of release.A person who remains in custody after review of such person's applicationpursuant to subsection (9) or (10) of K.S.A. 22-2802and amendments thereto by a district magistrate judge may apply to a districtjudge of the judicial district in which the charge is pending to modify theorder fixing conditions of release. Such motion shall be determined promptly.
