      22-2912.   District court rules for diversion procedures; 22-2906 to22-2911, inapplicable; factors.The provisions of this act shall not be applicable in judicial districtsthat adopt district court rules pursuant to K.S.A. 20-342 forthe administration of diversion procedures by the district court. Injudicial districts where the district court adopts such rules fordiversion procedures, the court in considering whether or not to allowdiversion to a defendant shall consider, but is not limited to, thefactors enumerated in K.S.A. 22-2908.
