Article 30.--GRAND JURIES

      22-3007.   Duty of prosecuting attorney.(1) When requested by any grand jury it shall be the duty of theprosecuting attorney to attend sessions thereof for the purpose ofexamining witnesses or giving the grand jury advice upon any legal matter.

      (2)   The prosecuting attorney shall, upon his request, be permitted toappear before the grand jury for the purpose of giving information relativeto any matter cognizable by the grand jury, and may be permitted tointerrogate witnesses if the grand jury deems it necessary.
